LeBron James’ New McDonald’s Monopoly Commercial

McDonald’s popular Monopoly promotion is back and they’ve tapped LeBron James to help spread the word.  Check King James out in this funny spot.  I literally LOL’d. Well, maybe it was more of a chuckle.

Say what you want about LeBron, but I love to see that his sense of humor is still intact despite the brutal beating he’s been handed from fans and critics.  And while many people discredit LeBron’s marketability due to his polarizing personality, I disagree.  If the most controversial moment of his career involves the decision”, I don’t think he’s done too badly for himself.  And based on 2010-2011 NBA jersey sales and other successful ventures, it appears he’s still extremely popular among NBA fans. While I’m definitely not a Miami Heat fan, and I don’t even consider myself to be a LeBron fan, I do wish he’d finally win a ring so the tired, recycled LeBron rhetoric would be put to bed.
