Congratulations, Louisville!

Although I jumped ship and rooted for Michigan in the title game, I can never be mad at a Big East Champion, especially when a team balls out like the Louisville Cardinals did. But the icing on the cake was watching Kevin Ware’s 100 watt smile in the final minutes of the game and of course the lowering of the net for him to revel in his one shining moment. I think I shed a tear.

Overall, it was an amazing finish to a wildly unpredictable college basketball season. Congrats to the Louisville Cardinals and newly elected Hall of Famer Rick Pitino.  Way to represent for the Big East one last time.
