Give it up for Serena Williams!

Against any other opponent, Maria Sharapova’s impressive 100 mph serve would’ve dominated.  But against the overpowering Williams, it simply wasn’t enough. Whether she was on offense or defense, it didn’t matter.  Serena’s return game and serve game are equally vicious.   Serena quickly disposed of Sharapova, the 2012 French Open champ, in two straight sets (6-4, 6-4) to win her 16th Grand Slam, and just her second French Open title.  This is her first French Open title since beating up on her big sister, Venus, 11 years ago.

With two more Majors, Wimbledon and US Open, remaining this year, she’s on her way to tying Martina Navratilova 18 titles.

After receiving her trophy, she talked that French Talk and addressed the French crowd in their native language, like a bawse.

Bow down, b!tches.
